Ticket Purchase conditions
The purchase of a ticket(s) is final. Exchanges or refunds are not issued for forgetting to attend a performance, double booking or change of mind.
In the event of postponement or rescheduled performances, tickets are transferred to the new date and time, and if the ticket holder cannot make the new date/ time it is up to the ticket holder to contact Phoenix Collective no less than 14 days before the performance.
In the event of a canceled performance, refunds are issued, less the associated booking and card fees.
